The fact that I am still alive is lucky in itself. If it hadn’t been for Mom building her nest in the Miller’s garage, I wouldn’t be talking to you right now. This sentence hints to the reader that the following story would explain how the nest in Miller's garage saved the wasps life, but the story has nothing to do with the suggestion. This therefore leaves the reader feeling ripped off. The first 6 of Knapps stories that I read are excellent an well crafted. I'm not sure whats happened with this story and the one I read previously. I will not give up on Knapp yet and try the next one. It’s late October and the first frost was a couple of weeks ago.
